Hello, I thought I would post on here, in case anyone is thinking of selling and would like to cut out the middle man and avoid estate agent fees.

I am looking to buy a one bedroom flat in SE22 or surrounding areas (SE23, SE15 etc). I am looking to pay a fair price and I am not in a chain.

  Why not donate straight to St Christopher's online and buy your tree from a small independent retailer like Paul at Indaco, 483 Lordship Lane. Next door to the old Barcelona bar. That way you can support the charity direct and a small local business direct. Much better than Pines and Needles who will probably send less of your money to charity.
