Didn't read it but presume its same subject as the one they put through my letterbox about a meeting about schools. Taped to the side of bus stop southbound by Melbourne and on a tree outside Bells. Presume they're not the only 2
So you think anyone should just be able to stick any posters anywhere they want then? Brexit Party posters on every tree is all good yes? There are community notice boards for this type of thing. One a matter of yards from the illegally posted ones i saw today

So you don't actually know what the flyer is about or how many have been put at bus stops or trees.

Just be careful :)

As you later said that these leaflets were put through letterboxes, how do you know it was the Labour Party which put them on trees and in bus shelters?

It could have been anybody who wanted to publicise more widely what was in the leaflets.

I am going to a local Labour Party meeting tonight. I will make enquiries.

    • Is Dell Autos closing down completely or just moving? For whatever it's worth, for MOTs I've had good recent experience with The Test Centre in Deptford. They only do MOTs so they don't have any particular incentive to fail you and they usually have same day appointments. Open 7 days a week and late. https://www.thetestcentre.co.uk/our-test-centres/deptford-branch/ Obviously you would still need a "normal" garage to do servicing and repairs etc.
    • So what is the issue? You want compensation for the loss of value, or you want to expedite the matter?
    • No. What happened? I actually thought, considering it was what we used to call Guy Fawkes Day last night, the loud noises from  fireworks ended remarkably early. About 9pm? Maybe I just fell asleep and didn't hear any later ones. Do people actually burn Guys any more? Apart from at places like Lewes, where I believe they still have Bonfire Societies and burn effigies of various political figures etc.
    • The accompaniment to our "Christmas Pudding" aka Nothing-Whatever-Like-A- Christmas-Pudding last year  at The Cherry Tree was "brandy butter ice-cream." If it had ever been near any brandy, the brandy must have been waved in its direction from a very great distance. Same with butter. The ice cream tasted like bog standard "vanilla" from a catering tub. At least it did bear some resemblance to ice cream. Whereas the "Christmas Pudding" bore no resemblance whatever to any Christmas Pudding I have ever seen or tasted in my many  decades of seeing and tasting Christmas Puddings. Oh, and Cinzano Bianco. Bleurgh. My sister used to drink that. 🤢
