We have been for three years and they have just threatened to hoik our rent up by quite an amount. I would appreciate it if you could PM me and let me know what you pay/ if they have done the same for you? Our flat hasn't been refurbished for at least 5 years so Im not sure it's worth what they asking for. Just trying to get an idea of the rental market at the mo.
