Hello,


does anyone rent a one bedroom flat in The Gardens by any chance? We have been for three years and they have just threatened to hoik our rent up by quite an amount. I would appreciate it if you could PM me and let me know what you pay/ if they have done the same for you? Our flat hasn't been refurbished for at least 5 years so Im not sure it's worth what they asking for. Just trying to get an idea of the rental market at the mo.

      Well thanks for enriching the conversation.  Would you chuck Fah - rage in too for his tax avoidance on his property?   I expect it was lead story on Jeremy Vine too.  Doesn't make it a story, just a bit more of BBC tabloid style sensationalism.  There are numerous real news stories in the UK and across the world.  And now, apt for Halloween, you have summoned up the ghost of Louisa.
