Do you think it’s possible they aren’t present? I think you are probably right that bin location is an issue. But the current system is not working. -
I'm wondering if bins aren't possible due to storage issues (if there is nowhere to put them apart from blocking up the pavement)? Because I would have thought they would have been used otherwise? But I can't think of another solution, unless it's possible to get some kind of vermin proof bags, possibly reusable? Alternatively, to get the rubbish collected earlier, which might help to some extent? -
That’s right. Some places are very grim and will definitely benefit. People need nice community spaces and safe places to shop and wander about -
If you are aware of rats being present, you might let the restaurants know too.
