Nanny?s pay

What is the average going rate for a nanny in East Dulwich these days? I know they tend to think in net hourly rate per hour. What do you tend to pay your nanny for looking after just one baby or looking after one baby and one nearly 3 year old?

I think it depends on experience rather than number of children (unless it?s a nanny share which is more) but ?12 ph net is probably average for one family. You have to tax pension costs into account also though. I think there are calculators online to help you work out the likely all-in cost. I hope that helps!
