Part time office administrator/PA

Looking for part time Office Admin/PA to ensure smooth running of local fashion business .

Duties include liaising with customers by telephone and email, chasing outstanding accounts, sending mail outs, keeping a diary, making appointments, updating the database. Need someone organised who is familiar with excel and computer literate. Sales experience would be great as there is the possibility of getting involved in this side of the business, but not essential. Work can be done remotely from home once you are familiar with the role or at our office locally.

I can guarantee 8 to 10 hours per week, ideally I would like someone flexible with hours as sometimes we are busier than others.
