Dear all,

I am a local resident and starting tomorrow morning I will be teaching barre fitness at 9:30am At The East Dulwich Community Centre, 46 Darrell Road SE22 9NL. I will also be running a creche with my very experienced and qualified nanny who will look after your baby or toddler whilst you strengthen and tone your body.

Barre is a low impact workout combining ballet, Pilates and yoga to sculpt the body and build strength, muscle tone and flexibility whilst burning fat.

TOMORROW'S CLASS IS HALF PRICE FOR NEW CLIENTS BUT PRE-BOOKING IS ADVISED.

Normally, classes cost ?15 per class for drop-ins or ?12 per class for a block of three. The creche is only ?5 for the hour per child. All creche bookings will need to be made today if you are interested and you can email me at [email protected] to book your slot. Doesn't say clearly that it tried to bite you , but instead implies that you had the impression, right or wrong that it wanted to nip you. unless you are clear others will read it how you write it. As for being a jobsworth, what a quaint old expression, haven't heard that for a long while.

  Crook locks can be sawn through, or the steering wheel to which it is attached, I know to my own cost. The safest additional security measure is what's called a ghost immobiliser, which cannot be traced through the car's electronics, meaning it is difficult to bypass. They cost a bomb however.

  I’ve reported two instances of mobile phone theft to 999 in recent times. On both occasions several police units have arrived very quickly - in one case they found the perpetrator.

  With all these high-end car thefts, surely there's a case to be made for all new cars to be supplied with a Crook Lock type device and having insurance invalidated if the owner does not have it in place when it is parked.
