Ideas for 3 year olds party....

Hi all.

Just need a few ideas of games, etc for my sons 3rd birthday. Due to the weather my plans have kinda gone down the drain.

Any ideas of things to do as I have children of all agers.

My brain has blanked out on me... Help!

depends on how many children are coming.

For my sons 4th birthday we had about 8 children (and a few younger siblings) we had a treasure hunt around the house.

Pass the parcel always works and some sort of dancing game like musical statues. Pin the tail on the donkey works with a bit of help.

They're still a bit little so an oppurtunuty to play with friends and have some tea is often enough

For my son's 3rd birthday I laid out a few different set of toys (a bit like a playgroup) for when they came, they all played brilliantly for about an hour, we then had food/cake etc, did pass the parcel and finished off with some of those balloons that shoot round the room.... I think at 3 they are a bit young for too many games. It was the most chilled out kids party I have ever thrown.

Summer parties, you do have the dilema of being indoors, or outdoors. Other than that, pass the parcel, a bit of dancing. Cake, and maybe a sticker / drawing activity -decorate a party hat to take home with them, should usually be enough for a 3 yr old.
