Stolen bikes

We had two bikes stolen from our front garden yesterday. A lady's purple/pink mountainbike and a mens black mountainbike (with only 1 brake!). Neither of them in very good nick, but it took me a year to save for mine back in the day, so great sentimental value! Please let us know if you see abandoned or for sale bikes matching this description. Will upload a photo later if I can. Thanks ED folks.

Sorry to hear it; I know how that feels. You could try Gumtree and Brick Lane as a lot turn up in one or the other.

Not helpful to say it now, I realise, but it's a good idea to register bike frame numbers on the police website so they can reunite you if they turn up.

Someone stole my neighbours bike from his garden this week(Friern road). They have a 6ft gate, which should have put them off, but still unnerving that someone is mooching around gardens at night.
