Hi all,


Gokay?s Fitness Retreat in May, 2020


Join us for 7 nights all inclusive Fitness Retreat in Bodrum, Turkey.


You will be staying in your private room in one of our many two bedroom apartments.


Daily activities will include fitness circuit classes, yoga, meditation, abs challenges, cycling, cardio, sun bathing and swimming in one of the 10 open swimming pools in the complex.


The perfect opportunity to take your fitness, health and wellbeing to a new level to kickstart your summer.


All Gokay?s delicious and healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner and healthy snacks will be included in your stay as well as transport to and from the airport.


You will have one complimentary massage as well.


It will also include a boat tour in the beautiful Blue Aegean Sea with lots of swimming, relaxing and enjoying the delicious healthy food.

      Another recommendation for Adam on the Dartmouth Road. Have been going there for years. I will never go anywhere else (unless I move home to somewhere far away!) No faff, very reasonal price and nice atmosphere 👍

      Thanks so much I’ll try that too… might still try getting hold of an air purifier as well if at all possible - want to try cover all bases!

      The 185 is often the same. But that's why buses sometimes (and annoyingly) stop to "regulate the service". To be fair, it's often due to traffic conditions. If there is not much traffic, the one behind catches up with the one in front.

      I imagine this is because of the average  additional time involved, due to the styles. You could have asked the reason? I will ask, next time I'm in there.  Many salons have this differential pricing.
