Missing Post /Parcels - Altima Court

Hello

A few parcels have gone missing this year, that was meant to be delivered to me, four in total.

Two now in December and apparently it's all been delivered, I just don't know where or whom to.

The thing is, RM has not left any card saying it's been delivered to neighbours because it's just regular first class post.

So I was wondering if anyone else has the same issue or has picked my parcels and has it stored waiting for me to Collect??

I understand it's confusing for RM when one building has four entrances to accommodate the flats but it can't be that hard to figure it out if you go by flat number!!

They have been known to dump them in entrance halls (Amazon worst for that).

Does your block have a facebook group (or email group) - they're useful sometimes.
