Attempted abduction

My daughter was approached by a man in a white transit van on Sylvester Road yesterday outside the post office and again further down the road. She is fine but just a warning

What is the age of your daughter? What did they say to her? And have you informed the police?

Yes she very sensibly ran to the nearest bust street went staright to school and they called the police, One guy alone trying to get her toget in his van and on the second occassion pulled up on the pavement in front of her. She is 14

Thanks Jimmyv - scary for your daughter and anyone else around. Especially the second attempt which really makes it look malintentioned. Obviously your daughter wanted to get away so no number plate I imagine. English speaking or foreign? Any sort of description. How absolutely horrible.
