Holiday Recommendations with 1 year old

We are hoping to go away in Sept/early Oct with our 1 year old toddler and are looking at Mark Warner holidays as a possibility. Ideally we are looking to go not too far - possibly just Europe, but somewhere that will have good weather at that time of year.

Have any of you used them or have any other holiday companies that you would recommend which are geared up for children?
