Four brand new (never used) dining chairs for sale from Cult Furniture. Sadly the chairs are too low for our unusually high dining table and we have been unable to send them (back despite being very happy with them!). The chairs are in perfect condition and very comfortable.   There is an app called Hiya car what allows you to hire fully insured cars from people near you. Bit like Airbnb for cars. We used it a few times for camping trips and it was brilliant.

  No. Both sides of the dispute have to agree to mediation in the first place. I have been in a situation where the other people concerned refused to have mediation. And it wouldn't have been free.

  mediation is often offered as a next step to sorting problems between neighbours. Perhaps ask the council for that. You shouldn't need to pay.
