Knomester
There were lots of children playing in the water play at Brockwell Park yesterday Fuschia. We're planning a trip over there on Friday if the weather is still like this. The water tap wasn't on in PR Park over the weekend - I think it has been turned off permanently? crystal7
Burgess Park has some fountains outside the cafe. They were on last week. Planning on going to paddling pool at Brockwell if this weather holds! oimissus
Ruskin paddling pool is open, it's a wee bit slippy, there were a few kids skidding about so if you've got sandals that can be worn in the water that would be good. Having said that Miss Oi seemed fine in it yesterday, could barely drag her away! toomuchchocolate
Burgess park fountains were on today. My son had a great time playing in them in between applications of factor 50. Be aware that the children's play area offers absolutely no shade during play...a real shame since it's a great play space. (the BBQ area is, however, in the shade of trees!!)
