Bus diversion

Anyone know why buses were diverted this evening? I was on a 176 from Forest Hill that shot off round Wood Vale and rejoined Lordship Lane at Goose Green. All of the buses heading up LL were being diverted as well. The tfl website said there was no disruption to the route.
