Alan Medic
I've been asked to get a book for my niece who has lived in France since she was about 4. Something that's 'cool' and helps her maintain her less and less used English. Any suggestions please? Guest
If you have a bit of time to spare, you could try the children's bookshop in Herne Hill. They're very knowledgeable about who's reading what and they have a good range for that age group. Help-Ma-Boab
Light on Dumyat Is very good. Remember it well from my childhood as Dumyat is a hill from where I am from. Our school trips used to go to the top.Think girls will enjoy it as well as boys.
