Flossophy
Hello! My name is Florence and I am a qualified yoga teacher, studying in India and completing my 200-hours in Traditional Hatha and Tantra Yoga and Meditation one year ago. I have lived in ED 20 years+ and am currently looking for a space to host weekly community yoga classes to cater for increased demand of private classes. I am looking for a nice and relatively cheap space, as the classes will be donation-based to cater for the community. My style is not the vinyasa-flow 'workout' style of yoga which is popular in the area, but more a yoga of meditation, movement, stillness and pranayama (breathing), suitable for all levels. My style is influenced by Eastern philosophy which I transmute in classes through concepts of embodiment and the cultivation of awareness, which allow students to leave feeling more grounded and deeply connected to themselves and the world around them. If anyone could offer suggestions of suitable venues for my community yoga and meditation classes that would be great! Again, I can share on the forum when I begin offering the classes if anyone is interesting in joining. Thanks and wishing you a happy 2020.Florence Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/247756-looking-for-venue-for-community-yoga-and-meditation-classes/ Share on other sites

tracyk
I'm also interested in your classes. Dulwich library might be a good venue, they have a room upstairs.
