Baby cries & Dunstan's 5 words babys use

Has anyone come across this? Any success? We picked up on a couple of the cries with our newborn (apparently its only appropriate for babies up to 3 months) and I think the Baby Whisperer book mentions different cries too.

I've used dunstans for both of mine and found it immensely helpful. I'm still finding it useful second time around with my now almost 5 month old.
