Dance classes for adults - recommendations please

Hello

I wondered if anyone might have any recommendations please for local dance classes for adults? I'm just looking for something fun and social, and very much at a beginner's level. I used to do the Swing Patrol classes a few years ago, but I think that these days I might need something a little easier on the knees!

Any ideas much appreciated.
