Owner of dog named Ray........

I'm putting this up for my friend who had been talking to a man with a dog - he was a rescue pup from Greece. The dog's name is Ray. This was in the park.

After the conversation my friend found something which she thinks belongs to this man and she kept looking out for him again but hasn't seen him.

This was the end of last year. She doesn't know the owner's name.

If the owner reads this or anyone knows the man who has a rescue dog from Greece called Ray, can you please text my friend and tell her what it is so she can return it to proper owner.
