If you're going from LL and travelling by bus take the 185 to a stop or two after Camberwell (anywhere along Camberwell New Road between Camberwell and the Oval) where you can get off and catch a 36 (at the same stop).

If you're leaving from Peckham the 36 goes direct.

East Dulwich to London Bridge station.

Jubilee line to Baker street. Myriad of choices to Paddington. Though choose Bakerloo line as its platform is adjacent to the Jubilee's. Much faster than using bus or train and the Bakerloo line exclusively from Elephant and Castle in case you're wondering.

I've used Whitechapel a few times and it's a nightmare for changing platforms. Especially with their narrow staircases and walk ways with poor signages.

    • Hi Busterb, Yesterday I turned up with a scanner & towels, hoping to take a deceased tabby down to TNV. The body was moved moments before arrival & had not been turned in to any vets, rescues or animal hospitals. I am wondering if this could have been the same cat & if someone just tried to move the tabby further away from the road. Please be warned, viewers discretion is advised. but this is what the deceased tabby looked like: https://www.facebook.com/groups/900015513463302/permalink/3729980853800073/  In any case, if you haven't been able to get someone to scan or take down to a vet, I can scan tomorrow morning.
    • Wholeheartedly recommend Aria. He was polite, responsive and sorted our leak, from an old tap on an old plumbing system, with no bother and on same day.
