Loft space prices for leasehold properties

I am the leaseholder of a 1 bedroom first floor flat but the loft space was not part of the demise, I have now been given the opportunity to purchase the loft space from the council with future plans to build a loft conversion.

My question is has anyone been through this process and what sort of prices where they given for the price of the loft space. I have scoured the internet with a lot of various and confusing advice, in your replies you do not have to give personal details but a rough idea would be appreciated. I have posted the same message in the residential part of the forum.

    • I have received a letter on 11th April from the Practice Manager - Roberta Flectcher. The letter is dated 10th April, and acknowledges my complaint on 8th February 2024. It has taken the GP practice two months to send an acknowledgement, totally and utterly unacceptable. I am sure Roberta contacted me, because the ICB has made contact with them. I am awaiting for a response to my complaint from the ICB by 23rd April 2024. Tessa Jowell GP practice continue to let patients down.

    • For delivery, tried Khan’s a couple of weeks ago. They offer a discount if you spend £25 or more.  I only ordered vegetarian food. Complimentary poppadoms were provided but don’t know if that it is normal as it was my first order. The tarka dal was very good.   The portions are large but they are more expensive. The order came in under the 60 minutes that was promised. I thought the naan that was ordered was very average, like they’d been hanging around for a few hours.  Some restaurants are better at baking than others.  I would try them again to see what the other vegetarian dishes are like, such as the pumpkin ones.  Andy P, what are your favourite dishes there?  I did have an aubergine, tomatoand potato one which was good.
