Good useable condition

Located on ground floor

Bed frame and mattress less than a year old.

Not needed as new occupant has their own and has asked that they be removed.

MUST BE COLLECTED TODAY (21st) or TOMORROW (22nd) MORNING

Bed could be removed in one piece, on its side, and fit into a van as is. Alternatively, disassembly is straigh-forward and requires an Allen key, which you'd need to bring with you.

I would hate for these items to go to landfill and hope somebody is able to make use of them
