I'm moving out of a lovely unfurnished bedroom one block back from Lordship Lane (Fellbrigg Rd) in March, and now need to find a replacement tenant to commence 8th April.

The room is 3.9x4m and gets lovely afternoon sun; loads of room for a king-sized bed, plus other furniture. The flat has two bedrooms, a huge, sunny living room/kitchen (with a gas stove), and a bathroom (with bath). You'd be sharing with one other person, so it's an ideal space if you enjoy your privacy and alone time (but also plenty of room for socialising as well).

  Years ago, got my ears pierced, alcohol on site, gun ..done.. Simple.. Gosh, surely your daughter of mothers can recommend - do you really need to post on forum? Or maybe you home school whatever.. still recovering from shock, posted along the lines of, advice needed about adopting/ buying a dog…. Guess I am now at a age, where I should just keep quiet and pass no comment and read postings like a “soap” - cheaper than tv licence…

I dont know.
