I have a fundamental belief in the importance of connection to nature when it comes to mental health. This group will be based in Dulwich and will involve meeting in parks and green spaces to walk and talk. I myself have struggled with mental health issues and have found that connection to both others and the world around us really helps. Anyone will be welcome and it will be a positive and friendly environment in which to openly talk and get some fresh air. We would also love to incorporate some meditation and so if your of a spiritual nature then this is the group for you.(we are thinking about martial arts and yoga if there is interest).   or ANY governments really - not just a UK problem But it's all tied in with this endless entanglement with American products and services and the Trump administration where everyone knows that as soon as you do take action (even pulling away in a vehicle) sees way out of proportion response On a personal level I left twitter over a year ago - it was already filling u p with bots and Musk's own algorithms and felt increasingly like a nazi bar - so I left. But way too many people think it's just like it was with a few more ads and where everyone else is so.... their own worldview gets warped as well. So it's not JUST a government problem

  There's a gym at JAGS, Dulwich College and Dulwich Hamlet. There is 'fit for' gym on Lordship Lane and the Leisure centre on Crystal Palace road, and a number of gyms in Peckham and Camberwell.

  If you're convinced (despite evidence to rhe exact contrary) that there is net emigration from the UK and there's about to be a house price crash, then the "Mansion Tax" won't be such a worry for you. If you own a property, are you putting it on the market to avoid the house price crash?
