You would be surprised at what they can be like- especially when they see a uniform. After all a lot of them feel they have something to prove to their mates- I've been in Starbucks when they are there and most of them are the size of fully grown adults.

LOL - thats what happens when your experience is TV shows (no experience of schools whatsoever)

I've seen the officer, he hangs outside the chicken shop with the kids!

I don't understand how first poster mentioned a commotion and 2nd poster identified Charter pupils as being responsible.

Not sure what I missed, but how does first post identify or specify Charter - or did both posters witness the commotion and one of them identified Charter pupils at that time ?

Just to clarify they were charter pupils.

I also took a few pics which I haven't shared.

These are no doubt children of parents who can possibly try & justify this by using the race card.

I spoke to a pupil I know in charter & she recognises them from her school.

I don't know what took place prior to the police arriving but I am sick & tired of police being blamed for doing their jobs!

This is purely my opinion & I refuse to get into a huge debate about my opinion

I myself am a person of colour!

BTW, I can't see how the second poster has said they were charter pupils!

Hello,

I have set up a Covid 19 Mutual Response group for Dulwich. If you think you can offer any help for our community during this difficult time, please post and share.

Hardly ridiculous that anti-social behaviour has increased around Sainsbury's and the immediate area around East Dulwich station since Charter opened nearby after school.

I'm not against the school being located where it is, but there are clear issues around behaviour of pupils once school ends which needs to be addressed when they all finally return to school later this year.

    • He should be. His behaviour has been appalling. Refusing to comply with a Speaker's request to come back to the HoC and explain himself shows utter contempt to parliament and the electorate. If he had any any integrity he would resign. Nothing to do with the prisoner, but all to do with his arrogance and contempt. This Labour party don't have any integrity at all though. We are two weeks away from the Chancellor of the Exchequer breaking a fundamental manifesto commitment. Breaking promises like demeans the entire contract between voters and MPs. If she doesn't resign for breaking those promises (she won't) then all manifesto promises going forward have to also be treated as lies, not worth the paper they are written on.  She should have already resigned herself for the breaking the law over her failure to register as a landlord. They are an absolute disgrace. And whilst all this farce plays out in Downing St where the fuck is the Prime Minister? Nowhere to be seen, unanswerable to the public about this disgraceful shambles.
    • That's a shame. I tried to take my car there for an a/c issue a couple of times this summer but they seemed to be closed on both occasions so I gave up in the end. Hopefully they'll enjoy their retirement proceeds from selling their site to a property developer! The garage in Upland Road (Pitstop) is good for servicing and repairs. Kwik fit in Grove Vale is also good and they do the diagnostics tests too.
    • It's done while you wait. 🤷‍♂️
    • My issues are pretty clear from my original post. The delays caused by the incompetence of the solicitor/executor, the damage to my late Aunt's property as we now go through the third winter without heating and ventilation, his inability to inform and engage with beneficiaries because he will not use technology around for decades or in the case of the telephone 150 years, which has exacerbated everything, I have some very helpful pieces of advice, including one by PM/DM who had similar experience, so unless the last two posters have constructive things to say I'll leave it there, Cheers.
