No water Friern Road

We're in one of the blocks of flats at the Lordship Lane end of Friern Road and have no water. Reported to Thames Water and they have registered it as an emergency. Might be as well to fill containers in case it's more widespread.

There's water coming up out of the ground on the corner of Goodrich and Barry Rd. I called Thames Water this morning, but it had already been reported.

That was probably me! Have to say they responded quickly, including texting when the team were working on it. All seems ok now.

No water on Landells Road.

They've confirmed it's a complex leak to a mains pipe and are still working on it. Can't predict when it will be fixed. We've bought bottled water from Lordship Lane local.

We're near the corner of Goodrich Road and Lordship Lane, and our water stopped about 5 minutes ago.

Hopefully they're just turning sections of the supply off and on while they fix the problem, but who knows?
