Actually I believe The Freedom Pass is available at all times for Buses and after 09.30 on Trains.

My mother, down in Brighton, has got to go very early for the Sainsburys OAP hour - 7-8am tomorrow!!

It is 7am-8am in SE22 too. The DKH superstore https://stores.sainsburys.co.uk/0054/dulwich and East Dulwich Local https://stores.sainsburys.co.uk/4943/london-east-dulwich-local both open at 7am. And the manager's letter at https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/read.php?32,2101607,2104342#msg-2104342 does refer to the first hour of opening. "A number of you suggested that we reserve an hour in stores for elderly and vulnerable customers. In response to this request, we will set aside the first hour in every supermarket this Thursday 19th March, for elderly and vulnerable customers."
