There are bike racks outside the station that seem fairly busy and well-used. How safe they are, I can't comment since I'm usually riding past rather than leaving one. But there are quite a few local cafes and bars with tables outside so you'd like to think that someone would spot someone with an angle grinder trying to nick bikes.

I hate to say this, but no bike lock is a 100% safe. Someone with an angle grinder can easily steal a bike in full public view without anyone intervening.


Thieves are likely to target bikes at stations because they know an owner is going to be away for some time.
