Depends on your 'must-have' list but we used this for our hols abroad and found it to be great plus for the price you don't worry about it being damaged. It doesn't recline, therefore it may be more useful for short trips or keeping in the car boot but may not be great for long days out in the buggy -guess it depends on the age of your child, how long they nap for etc. Having said that, our 18 month-old did nap in it when we were away:

P.s you're welcome to have a look at ours if it makes your short list

We "downgraded" from Bugaboo Gecko (similar to Cameleon) to a Mamas&Papas Swirl pushchair a while back

[http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/9016765/c_1/1|category_root|Nursery|14417537.htm] . One of the big drawbacks is that we're right at the weight limit for the M&Ps. Most cheap(ish) folding pushchairs have a weightlimit around 15kg. I'm fully expecting the M&P to just collapse one day when we put not-so-little Little Saff into it! I think we got it on sale for around $45, so it wouldn't be a great loss anyway.

I loved our Bugaboo. It was so sturdy with brilliant steering and suspension. Downgrading to the M&P was like going from driving a luxury SUV to driving a golf cart. That being said, I can fold the M&Ps in 6 sec, and it fits easily into the smallest spaces. Little Saff is already 2.5 yrs, so if/when the M&P breaks down we probably won't get another pushchair. If your child is much younger, then it might be worth investing in something a bit more sturdy.

we thought about this (same as you, have a Bee) but, after looking around, I couldn't find anything that did all I wanted it to, and didn't cost the earth - I was surprised at how expensive folding buggies were - makes the Bee seem not bad in comparison! So, we've just stuck with it - Miss Oi is 2 and a half (my niece is 3 and a half and still in hers); it's a bit of a cram into the boot but I do love it. One thing that has come in so handy now she wants to walk more, is the single handlebar, which means I can push with one hand whilst holding onto her hand with the other. I don't think that would be so easy with a 2-handled pushchair.

Re-kindle your Bee-love!

We just bought an Uppa Baby G Luxe and I'm really happy with it so far. It's slightly lighter than a similar maclaren, folds up to standing unsupported, and has a really good sun shade. It reclines to 120 degrees.

Costs ?130 I think - so not dead cheap but not too bad. It seems to be out of stock everywhere online, but I think they have them in the shop on Rye Lane (for a bit more).

We went for the "standard" Maclaren option, the quest mostly as I liked the denim seat and hood and it was on special offer-around ?100. It works perfectly for my son and we've been using it since he was 1. Great for keeping in the car boot or folds a d goes under the seat in the hall, Grannie finds it easy to use too.

If you mean Tommys, I think they price match.

    • Poor dog….how bloody stupid of owners who clearly have zero recall of their dog. Not good recall, don’t  let your dog off  the lead or have it on a long line. Why did you not hop over fence and get into water to try and rescue dog? Dies in cold water. Totally disgusted but then not surprised by people … No different from people walking their dogs on cliff paths when know might fall off…an  advised to keep on the lead.. do they pay attention….No… what is wrong with people? Don’t they have any common sense? And why wait for fire department? Not exactly strong currents like sea… RIP woofer… no sympathy for owners whatsoever…

    • Andy came recommended by another Tradesman who also did a job for us.  And I am so happy for the recommendation.    Andy is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach to work. The cost of the job was very reasonable. He’s installed temporary ceiling coverage following a leak until the ceiling can be repaired.   Highly recommend Andy and will be using again in very near future! 👍   Thanks Andy!  Andy 07564 194 363.
    • Another recommendation for Greg. Echoing pretty much everything everyone else has said. Friendly communication, good work, and clear pricing. Will be sure to use him again for any future plumbing needs! Thanks Greg!
