Fresh or dry yeast please!

Hi, My wife is a baker. We have run out of yeast and cannot find any more. We are using a sourdough starter for some breads, but others need dry yeast... the usual lordship lane shops have nothing. Any suggestions or stocks, please let me know!

Organic Village, near Goose Green roundabout are selling fresh yeast. You just ask the assistant when you go in or the guys at the back where the bakery is!

Hi , we were able to source dried yeast from restaurant food supplier . We have placed it in Zero waste section at organic village market .
