  1. My mum has lost her Freedon Pass somewhere around Lordship Lane/New Cross Road market. If anyone finds it, please contact me. Her initials are FC. Many thanks!
  2. Free: White ikea Micke desk with add on shelf unit. Structurally fine but cosmetically the desk is discoloured and chipped in places as seen in photos. Perfect for an upcycling project. Pick up SE22 close to Goodrich school.
  3. Ok - so I thought I’d give your recommendation a go and boy do I not regret it! I got to choose my large piece of fresh herby focaccia and it was filled with generous slices of Gouda, lightly fried pieces of pancetta, fresh basil and small warm cubes of fresh tomatoes. Quite possibly the best sandwich I’ve had - It was meant to be for my lunch but I couldn’t wait! Definitely well worth paying that little bit extra for! Thanks for the great recommendation! I’d add a photo but I ate it all before thinking of taking one!
  4. My son’s school, Forest Hill Boys, has recruited a group of Year 7 students who are getting together every week after school to develop an Eco Garden in the school grounds. The area is currently overgrown with brambles and in desperate need of a makeover. They have spent several weeks clearing it but now need some help in several areas: Donations of plants and garden tools (forks, secateurs, watering cans, etc) Volunteers to help repair the greenhouse and shed Contacts for businesses/organisations they could approach for larger donations (compost, gravel, wood chips) If anyone is able to help with donations or advice, please do get in contact with me - I would be extremely grateful. Many thanks!
  5. Distinctive set of keys found on Dunstans road this morning. Pm me with details if you’ve lost yours.
  6. On Facebook, you search for East Dulwich Forum, click on the ?Discussions? tab and it?s about the 9th post down
  7. KidKruger Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Has this dogs?s owner / background been identified > yet ? Hi. I can only go by the East Dulwich Forum Facebook updates as the gentleman who found the dog is posting on there. His last message, which I will post a screenshot of here, said the dog was not chipped and had no registered owner. Lots of people have since commented on the post with lots of suggestions. You can see them if you have a FB account and search for the East Dulwich Forum.
  8. This dog has now been caught and a picture was posted on the Facebook forum. He is being brought to the vet this afternoon. If anyone recognises it or knows the owner, please let them know.
  9. Found near Dawson?s Heights: a black pet carrier hold-all. PM me with details if you think it?s yours.
  10. I?m in Camberwell old cemetery and a small brown and white dog with a lead dragging behind it has run past me twice. As soon as I approach it runs off. Am here for half an hour or so if the owner reads this. It?s just run into wooded areas so I will see if I can find it again.
  11. I?m looking for someone who could look after 2 stick insects whilst I am away from 27th July - 25th August. They live in a small terrarium (easy to carry) and daily duties are just spraying their home with water and once a week cleaning their home out and replacing with fresh brambles. If this is a service any pet sitters offer please get in contact. Many thanks.
  12. Can I just check - the time restrictions are just for the lordship lane to East dulwich grove direction but not for the east Dulwich grove to lordship lane?
  13. Found keys today in Peckham Rye Park. Brought them to the park warden?s office but there was no one there so we left them hanging on the handle to their office door.
  14. Ken?s all the way for us - looked for ages to find a decent one and now we won?t go anywhere else!
  15. We found a Minecraft backpack dumped in our recycling bin today. It has a cuddly duck inside. Not sure if it?s been deliberately dumped or stolen and then dumped. If it?s yours let me know and we can try to reunite it.

The government announced that Reception, Year 1 and year 6 could go back but only in bubbles of 15, so essentially splitting classes in half. That means those years need double the amount of classrooms to accommodate the new bubbles. They also have to have key-worker?s children in separate bubbles, again taking up further classrooms. So there would not be enough classrooms left to allow other years to come in. Hopefully this may change by September but schools are yet to hear exactly how it would work.
  17. Found this beautiful beetle in our garden today - never seen one before. Having googled, I think it?s a Rose Chafer but correct me if I?m wrong. It?s beautiful! Anyone else seen them? Are they fairly common?
  18. A large, distinctive parasol was found in our garden this morning. We are towards the top end (Lordship Lane end) of Upland Road. It?s possible it blew in from a garden on Friern Road too. Let me know if you have lost one.
  19. Lucas on North cross road also have dry yeast
  20. Our road put messages and cards of thanks and a few bottles of beer! Hugely appreciated them still carrying out this service.
  21. You?re right Friernlocal. Apparently someone there had the virus so they?ve closed. I phoned Chadwick and did explain that there was nothing on the website to inform patients of this and no recorded message to re-divert phone calls or give patients the Chadwick Road number but I?m not sure anything will be done to rectify that. So anyone who is a patient at DMC, ring the Chadwick Road number.
  22. Hi everyone. Been trying to get through to them but it just rings and rings and then eventually cuts off. There?s not even a recorded message anymore. Does anyone know if they?re no longer operating? Thanks
