Hi friends, we?re looking for someone to join us in our 3 bed place in Nunhead/Peckham Rye in June.

Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 outbreak we have been let down by our new housemate and need someone replace them in our new yearly contract beginning 8th June. We are of course offering social-distancing friendly viewings over FaceTime / your preferred video chat, and can send extra pictures/ measurements on request.

We?re two 26 year olds who work full time & like music, art and politics as well was going down the pub. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, including an en-suite in the bedroom advertised. We have a communal living room and modern kitchen with all amenities.

The room available is a double room with an ensuite toilet, in a bright airy flat. We are the second floor of a house conversion on a quiet tree lined street, a minutes walk away from Peckham Rye. Rent is ?622 and bills are ?88 per month (?710 total).

Costs for moving in:

Deposit: ?876

Contract exchange fee: ?50

  Hi all My car was stolen between 1.30pm-1.50pm today in SE22 East Dulwich in South East London. I have of course reported this to the police but not much is being done, so I thought I'd give this a shot. The registration is GM66YOV, though its possible the licence plate may have been changed by now. If you see it anywhere please contact me or the police. Thankyou!

  Years ago, got my ears pierced, alcohol on site, gun ..done.. Simple.. Gosh, surely your daughter of mothers can recommend - do you really need to post on forum? Or maybe you home school whatever.. still recovering from shock, posted along the lines of, advice needed about adopting/ buying a dog…. Guess I am now at a age, where I should just keep quiet and pass no comment and read postings like a “soap” - cheaper than tv licence…
