I'd second Old Spike and Volcano, 40 Martell Road, Norwood. It's a pleasant stroll from East Dulwich. I'm not sure if they still offer you a free coffee if you buy more than £15 (I think, from memory) of coffee beans, pods etc. in store. -
My mums in a very similar position. We worked out how much she’d pay annually in ULEZ fees and compared that to the likely costs etc of changing cars (she’s concluded to keep her car till it claps out) Oh - and I’d suggest asking around if someone has a mains powered battery charger to try to resuscitate your dead one (50/50 if it’ll work)

The Oxfam Bookshop, 20 Half Moon Lane, near Herne Hill station is a good place to drop off books. -
Nice review by the Standard. Good to be aware that 20,000 plus had an enjoyable time at what was considered to be an excellent festival. I was maybe in that demographic once .. @Rocketsit amazes me after all your anti-Guardian views you are now posting articles you like. Maranda Sawyer, Stephen Graham, Marcus Radford, Gary Lineker, all celebs with views media, and at times government pick up in. Doesn't necessarily make them an authoritative source
