I'm delighted to be able to bring Pilates to you in your home during this very unsettling time. Many of us are experiencing higher levels of anxiety than usual and Pilates can be a really helpful tool to reduce tension. When you focus on the exercises you?ll be able to quiet your mind and nervous system creating a sense of calm and relaxation in your mind and body.

I'm running the following weekly classes via Zoom:

Mondays at 11.30am - Classical Mat for all levels

Thursdays at 9.45am - Improver Level

Thursdays at 11.30am - Beginner Level

Class numbers are limited so that everyone can be corrected during the class. Please message me at [email protected] to book or for more information. Classes are ?10 each.

  I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. I guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.

  I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.
