MOUNT ADON BARKING DOG

Posting again as my last post moderated out for some reason- 18 Mount Adon own a dog that barks day and night and has been going for months. Have raised a complaint with council if anyone else affected please contact Southwark Noise Nuisanse team, or ask them directly to do something. I did and it lasted two weeks, now back to constant barking.

I hope the dog is ok and not barking because he/she is being ill-treated.

I hope not either... I think it's left out all day and hasn't been trained not to bark constantly- haven't heard anyone shouting at it or it yelping, but a dog that barks all the time is not happy, must be wound up all the time.

I'm not sure dogs can be trained to not bark when scared, hungry or lonely.
