Painter and cleaner recommendation

Im looking for a recommendation for both a painter and cleaner to deep clean our flat before we sell.

I know both professions tend to be self-employed and it will have probably been quite tough in lockdown business wise for them, so any recommendations for anyone local would be hugely appreciated!
