I once saw a drain clearing lorry being ticketted because it was on double yellow lines, because that is the only place it could park to access the drain the lorry needed to clear (i.e a big suction tube went from the drain to the tank on the back of the lorry). Parking wardens do make stupid calls sometimes.

Reminds me of the traffic warden stunt in Trigger Happy TV - where Dom Jolly would give parking tickets to people stuck in traffic, and even a taxi (which he had hailed himself). It was funny because you could almost imagine it happening.

No. I have to admit I did not spot it either.
