After a mix up and delivery issues a few weeks ago in lockdown we find ourselves with double what we actually needed for our garden.

I have a 2m x 3m piece of Royal Grass Wave (rrp ?27 plus VAT) and underlay membrane for sale at ?150.

See the pictures for what it looks like once fitted. I can help with fitting info if you need, also royal grass do have videos and instructions to follow. Can be fitted on concrete/solid surface I believe although we have dug out the garden and installed on a purpose built base.

  Bromley is ok but in the last year, shopping centre now has a lot of security measure due to bags being snatched and assaults in or around area in broad daylight - another area where before, felt fine now more alert.
