HI all,

I am looking to rent out my fully furnished 2 bed ground floor, own front door, flat for 2/3 months over the summer. It consist of a king size room and double bedroom. Its my home so its cosy, clean and have let it several times through Dulwich forum to families and couples. It has a private garden and private patio and a communal large well kept garden to share. It is 8 mins walk to Forest Hill station and just off the Dartmouth road, 3 mins walk to Forest Hill Pools. Shops like mini Tescos up the road and plenty of lovely cafes for take aways. I know my two other flats/tenants and all quiet and friendly. I also part manage the building, so it's all looked after.

The bills are inc. If interested please PM for photos and costs.

Thank you

Catherine :-)

    • Well I don’t approve for a shop doing the same food to open so near - just wrong in my opinion. Why not go to the village, Peckham - foot fall would be great in Peckham and certainly more multi  cultural than ED. Village has money but doubt foot fall would be as good as ED.  At least they could have gone to the stretch leading up to Peckham Rye or why not bottom of Barry Road?? Or even North Cross Road I for one, on principal won’t be going in.
    • Heh yeah haven't even bothered to remove the emdash. The OP is AI slop as well.
    • The street directory is on Ancestry and you'll need a subscription to access.  It's reasonably easy to navigate though you have to find the page you're looking for by a combination of trial and error/guesswork.  https://www.ancestry.co.uk/imageviewer/collections/61265/images/47056_263021009499_1592-00159?usePUB=true&_phsrc=Soz1793 There is though also a general search page for London directories where the street name can be entered in the keyword field and results will take you to the specific pages. https://www.ancestry.co.uk/search/collections/61265/
