** Pregnancy Yoga ** Back tomorrow (Sunday 14th June) from 10-11am.

Feeling really excited to get these classes back up and running after my own maternity leave, and build a beautiful community of pregnant yogis.

I will lead you through a safe, slow, flowing sequence, to create space in to the body for you to breathe and your baby/s to grow. We will go through different breathing techniques, that can be used throughout pregnancy, birth and postnatally- to bring calm to mind and body (and baby too!) We will end in a long relaxation, to give you time to rest and restore energy levels ready for the day and week ahead.

Online classes are ?5.

Book via my website www.michellewardleyyoga.com and feel free to contact me with any questions ❤️🙏🧘‍♀️

    • Anyone can deliver for Evri - my daughter having just passed her driving test tried Evri to make some money - they basically give you a route and as many parcels as they think you can cope with - you make money for each one you deliver, so you can imagine - speed is the priority. Why would they wait for you to answer the door when they can just throw it and take a photo? If you have a choice, choose a different courier service or shop elsewhere where they do.
    • Boil - it’s the customer’s fault, not the delivery person’s.
    • A bit of a long shot but I'm on the lookout for a portable pop-up counter or podium.   The kind you often see on a high street, used by charities or utility companies to advertise their wares.   I've included a photo to give you the idea. I'm a peckham-based artist and am looking for one for a free (and non-profit) community art project.  It can be in any workable condition and can already have signage on it as we will remove and redecorate ourselves.    Thanks in advance, Linzie
    • No I absolutely did not - that much is clear. Have you read the latest stories about Unite, Len and the hotel in Birmingham? The UK electorate were smart enough to reject a far-left party in 2019, let's hope they are smart enough to reject a far-right party at the next election too. If not we are all doomed.
