Fully Certified International Baby and Child Sleep Consultant

Recommended Posts

Dear mums and dads,

I?m a proud mum of 2 living in Nunhead/Peckham, but also working internationally offering online/remote services. After a 24-year long professional career as a newborn/infant specialist, I had decided to continue my journey as a sleep consultant/sleep coach. With a science and evidence-based approach I want to share with you my knowledge and understanding about the importance of sleep. I believe it?s possibly one of the best gifts you can give to your child in the long-term. By creating healthy sleep habits early on and having a schedule, all adapted to your personal beliefs and lifestyle, you can achieve better sleep that all of us as parents dream of. If you feel you are ready to take this journey to improved sleep, I will feel honoured to be part of your transition - all done in baby steps 😴👶🏻

Please check out my website at www.babystepssleeptraining.com where you can read my reviews from families I?ve worked with and all the other information about me and my services.

You can also follow me on Facebook or Instagram under babystepssleeptraining

Kind Regards,

Lucia

    • I always thought it was an upright piano. Maybe it was grander when it was on stage in Wimbledon rather than on my grandparents' telly. Was the penguin there? I like the penguin. I like the way he clacks his beak 🤣
    • One year my school mates and I couldn't be bothered making a Guy so we took it in turns to be the Guy sat in an old pushchair. I reckon we had about a 50% success rate... 😆
    • I’ve used James at Trelco a couple of times in the last year - to fix a broken shower and to install two new radiators. Fantastic service each time. Great communication - on timings, what to expect, quote in advance, cost of parts. Punctual. Really friendly. He also went over and above in responding to my texts on how to choose the right radiator!!! (I was indecisive!).
    • Very well.  I have too an even dimmer memory of being made to represent the 'Muffin Man' in some kind of engineered entertainment at infant school.  Afair, my role was to remain hidden - even then, my preternatural talent for remaining still and quiet had been recognised - behind a circle of my colleagues, who sang the song.  At some stage in the proceedings the circle opened, to reveal me, with what I presume  would have been my tray of muffins.  God knows what they were. From that production it was an obvious natural progression to my most notable appearance, in another class production: 'the guy' (as in 'Penny for the ...').
