Artist required to paint motorcycle helmet!

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a local artist to paint a design onto a black motorcycle helmet. I've attached a pic of what I'd like it to look like. Has to be waterproof but otherwise not fussed about materials used. Can discuss a price.

There are special paints for helmets.

DO NOT USE ANY OTHER KIND OF PAINT.
