Life coach recommendation

Passing on my praise for local life coach Jo Sheasby who is based in Forest Hill.

I bid for a life coach session with Jo pre-lockdown on a bit of a whim during a school fundraising Promise Auction.

The two hours spent with her was a revelation and surpassed all my expectations (I wasn't sure quite what to expect if I'm being honest)

She managed to bring such clarity and focus to some of the issues that I've either been procrastinating about on the work front or have been worried about tackling and also identified other things I didn't realise were troubling me but which have clearly been past stumbling blocks. All in all such a positive and helpful experience. I left with renewed enthusiasm and some achievable goals in place. Highly recommend.

    • Well, shrove Tuesday is Mardi Gras in many countries, an occasion marked with fireworks etc., so could be. Today is also the start of Ramadan: I’m familiar with fireworks marking end of Ramadan but the beginning?
    • Oh I agree - we shouldn’t just blank cheque anyone  but I would still say as we aren’t running a council it’s difficult to be part of the decision making process and understand what the cost-benefit of something we see as wastage is versus something else  The fact that ideological purists like reform think they can take over a council and boast about the savings only to find they can’t suggests a wider picture
