Atticus
I'm in France next week and want to watch the footy on Monday night via Skygo. There is no wireless where I'm staying, so will have to use mobile broadband, I'm told it is 70p per megabyte. Anyone any idea on approx how many megabytes one would use for live streaming a footy match? DulwichFox
Google searches would seem to indicate 1gbt 1,000 mb for a football game. At 70p per megabyte that would be ?700.00 O2 charge 20p per mgbt. In France this could be charged more. ?? Depneds on your monthly allowance. Opinions in Google searches vary. Depends on what quality the stream is.Fox. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/25643-mobile-broadband/#findComment-577309 Share on other sites

zeban
You might not even be able to livestream it with mobile broadband, I can never use skype or really watch anything because the bandwidth (I think that's what I mean!) isn't strong enough. Maybe just record the match at home and watch it then? don't think it's really worth the hassle otherwise. StraferJack
the other thing is... will Sky Go work in France or will it spot the IP address and say rights not available in that country?
