5 bed house for sale

Hi All,

We just put our 5 bedroom house on the market as we are moving abroad. Does anyone have any tips to help the house sell faster? I have never sold a property in London and don?t know if we should use multiple agents or not. We are in the catchment for all the lovely local state schools. We would consider someone renting the property while they wait for their sale to complete. Anything else i should think about?

  Years ago, got my ears pierced, alcohol on site, gun ..done.. Simple.. Gosh, surely your daughter of mothers can recommend - do you really need to post on forum? Or maybe you home school whatever.. still recovering from shock, posted along the lines of, advice needed about adopting/ buying a dog…. Guess I am now at a age, where I should just keep quiet and pass no comment and read postings like a “soap” - cheaper than tv licence…

I dont know.

  Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone here buys Bonne Maman jam? I’d love to upcycle the empty jars if you're planning to throw them out. I'm hoping to make my own jam and would really appreciate using those cute jars for it. Thanks
