We are a 27 year old couple living in a spacious 3 bed, 1 bath (& 1 other loo) semi-detatched house in North Dulwich/Herne Hill. We only occupy one bedroom and are looking for someone to rent the other big bedroom. The house features a separate kitchen/dining/living room and has lots of space. Used to share with 3 people. We have a private back garden with decking space too as well as a front garden. There is a side passageway where we keep our bikes. We're very friendly and sociable, but also happy to keep to our own company if you prefer. The room can come furnished or unfurnished, but currently has a bed in it. The house is situated on a cul de sac, so very quiet residential road.

The house is v well located for transport - 10 min walk to Herne Hill Station, less than 10 mins to North Dulwich and 15 mins to Denmark Hill. Also on the p4 bus route to Brixton. 10 min walk to Dulwich Village too.

Rent is ?895 pm, including bills. Private landlord & family owned house. Message me for more info & images.

  Hi all My car was stolen between 1.30pm-1.50pm today in SE22 East Dulwich in South East London. I have of course reported this to the police but not much is being done, so I thought I'd give this a shot. The registration is GM66YOV, though its possible the licence plate may have been changed by now. If you see it anywhere please contact me or the police. Thankyou!

  Years ago, got my ears pierced, alcohol on site, gun ..done.. Simple.. Gosh, surely your daughter of mothers can recommend - do you really need to post on forum? Or maybe you home school whatever.. still recovering from shock, posted along the lines of, advice needed about adopting/ buying a dog…. Guess I am now at a age, where I should just keep quiet and pass no comment and read postings like a “soap” - cheaper than tv licence…
