Good letting agent required - any recommendations?

Hi All,

I'm looking to let out my flat in the Dulwich side of Peckham, and I'm looking for a company that will manage it for me reliably, find good tenants, etc.

(I'm planning on moving abroad, so will need a full service covering everything).

I had heard good things about Gareth James, but they are proving extremely sluggish in responding to things like questions about the contact they wish me to sign. Which makes me reluctant to trust them if I'm not even in the country.

We recently bought a house on the Dulwich side of Peckham through Acorn Estate Agents and found it to be an absolute nightmare. They told all sorts of fibs, and didn't do things by the book, so I can recommend avoiding them.
