Hi, MUSIC FOR LITTLE PEOPLE starts it's autumn term this Wednesday (19th) at the Goose Green Centre, SE22 9AT. Very friendly, high quality classes for 0-5 year olds, great location and venue. Only a few places available. Why not come along for a free trial class? Email me or call me on 0208 852 0118 . Best wishes, Becky Vicary.

The fees are ?58.00 for a ten week term of 45 minute classes. I ask that people pay for a whole term. That way, I know how many people are coming each week and, more importantly, everyone gets to know each other and it becomes a lovely, social event for both the babies and the adults! You'd be very welcome to come and try a class, free of charge. I'm there today, or next week is fine if that suits you better. Hope to meet you soon.

Best wishes,

Becky (Music for Little People).

I just wanted to say how much I am enjoying being back at Becky Vicary's Music for Little People classes at the Goose Green Centre. We recently had a change of nursery days freeing up our Wednesday afternoons so I enrolled my son straight away. I had missed going along after going back to work post maternity leave.

Becky is a superb teacher and has a sublime singing voice. My 3 year old very boisterous, dinosaur loving boy is stopped in his tracks with her singing. He sings the songs we learn to himself during the week, as do I! Becky is always well prepared for the classes and makes every child feel included and special. The class size is relatively small so it's not a noisy, chaotic experience which some toddler music classes can be! She has been teaching her classes in the area for 17 years - what a great asset to the community.

She is now enrolling for next term so if you are looking for a relaxed, fun, educational way to spend your Wednesday afternoons with your little one, this is a great bet.

    • You literally just edited your earlier reply to remove the point you made about it being “politicians”.  Then you call me pathetic.    I’m  not trying to say you approve any of the ugly right wing nonsense.  But I AM Saying your earlier post suggesting  violent rhetoric being “left wing” was one-sided and incorrect
    • I never said that. Saying I don’t like some of the rhetoric coming from the left doesn’t mean I approve of Farage et al saying that Afghans being brought here to protect their lives and thank them for their service means there is an incalculable threat to women.    Anything to score a cheap point. It’s pretty pathetic.
    • To be fair we are as hosed as the majority of other countries post-Covid. The problem is Labour promised way too much and leant in on the we need change and we will deliver it and it was clear to anyone with a modicum of sense that no change was going to happen quickly and actually taking the reigns may have been a massive poison- chalice. As Labour are finding to their cost - there are no easy answers.  A wealth tax seems straightforward but look how Labour have U-turned on elements of non-dom - why? Because the super rich started leaving the country in their droves and whilst we all may want them to pay more tax they already pay a big chunk already and the government saw there was a problem.
    • You don’t think there are right-wing politicians fanning this with rhetoric? Really?
